We finally got a sunny Sunday to do stage 2 of our Pollinator Pathway! 🖌️🎨🐝🌱🌞
Thanks to everyone who came down to help or check out the project 🙌🏼
We had Luke @warrior_movement_coaching and Paul on "weeding" although we won't be doing much of that to keep it wild and insect friendly.
@chrissy_hazel_holmes and Kelly were on wall painting, and @megg_kingg painted our logo on our planters! 😍
Huge thanks to Compost Jen of @heartofbs13_flowers
and Adam @purposebuiltfilms for sourcing and donating to our locally made planters (they have a 15 year guarantee!)
And last but not least thanks @backtobristol for your very helpful advice!
We'll be going back as a group over the next couple of months (a Saturday or Sunday here and there) to paint a loooooong and beautifully bold mural down the wall. And to install the other planter.... Then the rest of the compost and plants! So stay tuned and get involved! Next date for your diaries is 18/19th October 🗓️ keep an eye on our WhatsApp 👀

We're excited to announce that we got a small grant from the #FestivalOfNature team and @bristolcouncil to help us do our next Pollinator Pathway in Hartcliffe...in a day! 🤪🎨 🐝
The event will take place on Sunday 7th June and we'll be collaborating with Hartcliffe Club for Young People! The youth club will be designing the mural ahead of time and we'll be painting most of it on the day.

This Saturday is the Hartcliffe Big Tidy and Community Gathering!
What: a community event to bring the community together with a common cause of communuty and tidying up hartcliffe and withywood.
