Two weeks to lockup. This @our.commonplace home is weather tight and locked up. Interior finishing phases are underway with ceiling, perimeter wall, and floor finishing.
monplace is a manufactured architectural home system that has been designed using Nexii building panels, and other technology driven building products.
We are pushing the limits of what’s possible with construction schedules, offsite construction accuracy, and overall aesthetics with the typical prefab housing process.
A successful installation of all structural components took place this week and we could not be more thrilled. Thank you to all the amazing partners who made this milestone possible!

Painted foundation? We are blacking out this foundation wall finish to match our stunning “Iron Ore” building wall colour for a monolithic feel.
This foundation wall consists of an 11” reinforced concrete wall, liquid applied waterproof, 1/2” damproofing drainage layer, 3-1/2” of insulation with a finished cement board face. This durable paint coating is the final step.
