Hi! My name is Cory and I am a type and layout designer from the suburbs of Chicago. My specialties are print production and publication design. As a designer, I draw a lot of my inspiration from vintage and retro ephemera. I enjoy observing the world around me, the quirks that are easily missed, and seek to include them in my work.
Members of the PSUGD community may know me as the writer behind the ANNEXNews headlines posted to our Instagram. Outside of design, I enjoy reading and writing, and have two dogs, who often make appearances in my work.

Heyo I’m Cordelia! I’m a microelectronic technician turned graphic designer with a focus on illustration, branding and all things nerdy. I love approaching work with detailed research and out of the box ideas.
When I’m not sitting in front of my PC like a shrimp getting design work done, I love to paint, draw and play all types of games. Ask me about what video games I’m playing or how I feel about the latest Magic: The Gathering set and we will definitely be friends!

Hola, I’m Angel, @_angels.designs a designer passionate about bringing culture, storytelling, and experimentation into my work. I enjoy exploring branding, packaging, experimental design, and physical and visual systems to create work that feels both meaningful and visually engaging. A lot of my work is inspired by identity, community, and the experiences that shape how we communicate and connect with others.
Outside of design, I’m usually spending time with my Frito-scented dogs, binge-watching just about anything, and spreading good vibes. I’m always looking for new experiences and ways to leave a lasting mark.

I am a Portland-based, Colombian illustrator, graphic designer, and multi-media artist whose work is driven by culture and centers on identity and femininity. My practice spans illustration, editorial design, and self-directed publishing— including my independently produced magazine centering around queer women of color in the underground electronic music scene, and years of work released under my own brand, Barrio Girlz. My work aims to document and uplift voices often overlooked, and help people feel seen while building spaces where representation feels unapologetic and real. Hi, I'm Gretchen @gretchenmahlbergdesign and I like figuring out the voice and goals of a project/company/product, defining the colors, typography, tone, logos, wordmarks, taglines, print collateral, web and media presence, merch, promos, ads, and whatever happens next! I enjoy taking everything I’ve learned about layout, typography, illustration, etc. and setting it to motion with After Effects and Premiere Pro. When I’m not designing, you might find me doing a stop-motion project or working in my yard.

Hello, I’m Maddee!! @maddeesigns I’m a playful and thoughtful designer driven by whimsy and empathy, from Reno, Nevada. Since I was little, I knew I wanted to pursue a creative future, and refused to do otherwise. As a maximalist at heart (learning to embrace negative space), I’m drawn to vibrant colors, textures, and so many details. I’m inspired by whatever’s taking up my brain space, and creating meaningful experiences through design. When I’m not hunched over my computer, I love to play social deception games with my friends, collect way too many things, and find the little joys in life. Hey Everyone, I'm Gabe! @gabebidney.gd (he/him)
I'm a designer that loves branding, strategy, and event promotion. Bringing people together is what gets me out of bed in the morning, from creating helpful infographics to hosting events that educate an audience, I love people! For the past year and a half I have been the student leader of Design Club, PSUGD's community event organization where I have planned, organized, promoted, and hosted over twenty events with the help of a new team every term. My design interests are quite diverse, including non-European page layout influences and more traditional versions of grunge aesthetics and meme culture. My other interests outside of design are cars, movies, music, smoked brisket, cheese, dancing, and a cold pillow.
