Finished the Fernie spring 22 match this weekend in fernie BC! It was an amazing fun match with lots of people I knew. I had so much fun in our squad and we had a lot of awesome people. I came third place and top youth at the end of the day. The top three were really close but it was cool to get to shoot against some of the best rimfire shooters in the foothills region. We went down for the blue ridge PRS short action customs match this weekend. I had so much fun. We rented the bunkhouse they have on site and it has no wifi or service. We had a few guys stay with us and we had a blast. The match was super fun with lots of cool props. They had small targets out day two with some tail winds. This weekend was a great way to get to see what I need to spend more time practicing on. Can’t wait for this weekend. I am headed down to the at @saprl_rifle_league . I had a great day today! We came down and shot the Taber Alberta Rust buster 1 day rimfire match and I did amazing. I haven’t shot a rimfire match in over 5 years and it was so cool to jump back in it and take 2nd overall. I had my routine, time management, positions, everything was clicking today. We still have the 1 day centre fire tomorrow to shoot. So tonight is just getting prepared for that. Thank you to my squad that was outstanding and a massive congratulations to @ryansteacy1 for winning this weekend!

Finished up day two at the MDT barrel burner match in Prosser Washington this weekend. I had a good first day being in the top 5 overall and there was a lot of amazing shooter here this weekend so it was cool to get to be top 5 yesterday. Started today and got to my last two stages and I had only dropped 4 points all day. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to keep it up and finish out the match like that. I came 5th place overall, top youth, and 2nd semi pro. It was so tight at the top I lost the match by two points and there was a three way tie for 2nd. I really wanted to do better and it feels tough to have been so close and not be able to pull it out. But a massive congratulations to @nowellgreasley for pulling out the match win! 1st pro series match win and many more to come! So happy to see your name at the top!!! Overall I had a good weekend but had a few stages that cost me.

Finished up day 1 at the MDT Barrel burner 2 day PRS match this weekend! We drove our 6 hours yesterday to come shoot this match and it’s been great so far! First match with the new jersey and it feels great. I had a mental mistake on a stage today that cost me a few points but other wise I’m currently 4th overall and 1st youth, and 1st semi pro but we still have one more day. Plan on getting a good nights sleep and try to give it a crack tomorrow!
