On Thursday, June 20, the Town of Mountain Village and its partners celebrated the completion of construction at Village Court Apartments Phase IV with a ribbon cutting ceremony. In total, the project added two buildings consisting of 35 deed-restricted rental units (90 total bedrooms) to the Town’s inventory. Shirley Diaz, housing development specialist for the Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA), was present at the ribbon cutting as the West building received $2.25 million from DOLA’s Transformational Affordable Housing Grant program. The project was a public-private partnership between the Town and Triumph Development. Other project partners included Olsen Architects, Shaw Construction, North Star Construction and Proset Modular. Tenants are moving into both buildings this month and the project is expected to be fully occupied by July. 📸 by @mplantzphoto

The Larkspur Grand Opening 🎉 In a truly innovative public/private venture, Fading West manufactured 52 apartment units for the Town of Breckenridge to develop workforce housing.  Summit County contributed the land and in cooperation with the Town of Breckenridge, local leadership greenlit the project. This was Fading West’s first apartment build and consists of a mix of studio, one, and 2-bedroom units. #Fadingwest #modularconstruction #modularmanufacturing
