Every day (Except the Monday after the Sunday mountain run) we run then we shadowbox then we hit the circuit!!
Typical Monday:
MONDAY
LOWER BODY
2 mile run
Then: * 10 x 100m sprints * Walk back recovery
AFTER RUN
JUMP ROPE
10 minutes nonstop.
CIRCUIT (3-5x)
* Squat-Lunge-Calf Raise (set of 10, set of 9, 8, 7)
After each circuits:
Wall sit — 1 minute
25 jumping squats
15 Burbpees
SHADOWBOXING
10 rounds.
3 minutes.
1 minute rest.
Rounds 1-2
Boxing fundamentals.
Jab - Footwork - 1-2 combos
Rounds 3-4
Defense only.
Slips.
Rolls.
Angles.
Rounds 5-6
Pressure fighter rounds.
Walk imaginary opponent down.
Rounds 7-8
MMA rounds.
Level changes.
Sprawls.
Clinch entries.
Knees.
Elbows.
Rounds 9-10 (5 min)
Fight simulation.
You’re tired.
You’re hurt.
You still have to think.
Finish: 10 sprawls every minute for 10 minutes
