‼️ ARTIST EOI’s NOW OPEN
DSAF is back from 24 May - 15 June 2025... do you want to be a part of the fun? 👀🔥
Expressions of interest are now open to artists who live in Australia, and both emerging and established artists are welcome to apply!! (including those with great ideas for 3D animation, sculptures, projection, or installations - we want it all!)
We are beyond proud to be the most awarded Street Art Festival in Australia - and every year we are so grateful for the incredible artists who share their stories with us and make our city that little bit brighter.
If accepted to join the fun this year, you’ll be allocated a space in the festival and of course paid a fee for your work.
EOIs close on 7 February 2025 - enter via our website!!

DSAF GOES GLOBAL 🇺🇸🌎 Since 2017, the Darwin Street Art Festival has grown both geographically and reputationally - you can barely turn a corner in Darwin now without seeing art. This month, we took it INTERNATIONAL (!!) through an epic collab with @ntaustralia and @tripadvisor , to bring the heart of the Territory to the streets of LA 🙌
Two icons of the DSAF, Larrakia artists Jason Lee and Trent Bundirrik Lee, travelled to LA with part of the @proper_creative team to put the NT on show on Abbot Kinney Boulevard, in collaboration with LA based artist Yanoe! As part of our DSAF cultural exchange program, we can’t wait to return the favour and welcome @oh_yanoe to the streets of Darwin next year 🔥
BIG big thanks to Trip Advisor and Tourism NT for believing in the power of the art and growing it with us ❤️ What a ride!

Casuarina Square collaborated with Anglicare and Proper Creative to host a program in the centre where U-Turn participants, with the help of Proper Creative, learned the skills to design and paint a large scale mural.
#U-Turn is part of the Territory Families Housing & Communities ‘Back on Track’ initiative, supporting young people between 8 and 17 years of age by providing positive pathways that divert young people from the youth justice system and work with young people to develop skills and tools they can take into adulthood.
The murals created by #U-Turn allow these young people to create something they are proud of while also giving back to the community.
We look forward to working alongside #U-Turn once again in 2023!
