So great to work with Kevin Axtell of @propartistry again this year.
He is an amazing fire artist who is performing and teaching in the Las Vegas area this week.
I captured these shots with an iPhone 17 Pro Max and Profoto strobes. I am shooting at 1/400 exposure and a 80 ISO to capture the flames. The strobe captures and freezes the motion of Kevin’s face and gives me good details to the portrait.
I processed the image in Adobe Lightroom on my iPhone and iPad.

It was an honor & a pleasure to collaborate with @propartistry to create an experience like no other. 2 days of empowerment, flow arts & science training followed by an incredible opportunity.. the chance to wield real lightning!

Lightning! ⚡️Wow⚡️ Yesterday I got to wield lightning bolts off a massive Tesla coil! A part of our new event “En-Lightning” here in Las Vegas. So thrilled to partner with @skyfirearts for such a powerful and stunning experience. To reach out your hand and summon a massive bolt of electricity. Unreal. We also got to choose a prop to work with so I chose a Fire sword (naturally). I even got to try juggling steel balls next to the coil! Still buzzing from the experience. More video and media to come soon, so excited for all our participants to do it this weekend. WOW
