What a typical week of HYROX prep looks like🔥
One of the biggest lessons I’ve taken from my last race into this training block is the importance of compromised training running between workouts, training under fatigue, and learning to perform when your body wants to slow down.
Because no matter how fit you are, you will be 100% tired during the Hyrox race. The difference is how long you can stay efficient once you hit that threshold.
