Functional Patterns + Project Function Machine Training Results
From 5/10 knee pain to 0/10.
At 46, my client is proof that the body can change when you train it the right way. She found Functional Patterns on Instagram, drawn in by the before-and-after results and the functional approach to training.
She started in September 2025 at Project Function Morgan Hill dealing with knee pain from running. After months of training using the @functionalpatterns methodology paired with @projectfunction technology, she improved her posture, her gait, and eliminated her knee pain.
Today she’s jogging pain-free, standing taller, and moving with a strength she didn’t have before.
Currently she is able to continue her progress on her own through her Project Function membership.
This is what happens when the right methodology meets the right technology.
Your body can get better, stronger, and more functional. This is proof.

25 years of pain. Gone.
Tifany came to us with left knee numbness and tingling radiating into her foot, longstanding low back pain, and chronic tightness through her hips, glutes, and inner thighs. Her symptoms were a result of severe scoliosis.
At intake, her constant pain was 6/10 peaking at 8/10.
Today, 0/10 constant. 1/10 on her worst days.
The biggest breakthrough came when she transitioned to a Project Function membership taking ownership, using the machines independently, and continuing progress on her own terms.
That’s the point. We’re here to educate and equip you with the tools to move forward with or without us in the room.
Tifany isn’t an exception. She’s proof of what’s possible. She didn’t wait for a crisis or surgery. She knew that would be next. So she made the decision that 25 years was long enough, and it changed everything.

We are pleased to announce our partnership with @ovtorosfc supporting their girls program through movement training, injury prevention, and athletic development.
Did you know female athletes face a significantly higher risk of ACL tears than their male counterparts? This is due in part to anatomical and hormonal factors. A wider pelvis creates a greater angle at which the femur meets the knee, increasing the tendency for knee valgus. Hormonal fluctuations can also contribute to greater joint laxity, further elevating injury risk.
The solution does not have to be complicated. By focusing on biomechanics and building structural integrity from the ground up, we can reduce this risk and help athletes move with greater efficiency, stability, and confidence.
Our work emphasizes foundational qualities: posture, movement mechanics, strength, and durability that benefit athletes on and off the field. We look forward to continuing this important work with the Toros girls program.

Real change takes consistency, effort, and the right approach. When those pieces come together, progress speaks for itself.

In our Youth Posture and Performance class, posture comes first. We teach kids how to organize their body under load, transfer force from the ground, and move efficiently through multiple planes.
Each session is informative and practical, with just enough competition to keep it engaging and fun.
Every exercise is scaled to the child’s skill level.
We’re now accepting enrollments for April. Send us a message to learn more.
Our HBS Practitioner @patrick_ly_ demonstrating some @rg_bar_ movements that integrate the whole body through space. The goal is simple: build strength that actually carries over, so you can move better, improve posture and stay pain-free.

When Harmony first came to Project Function Morgan Hill, she was dealing with near constant pain, shoulder dislocations, hip arthritis, soft tissue tears, and ongoing back and neck issues. Her body was breaking down, and nothing she had tried was truly working.
Since starting with us, her pain has significantly decreased, her posture has improved, and she feels more athletic. She’s learned how to train her body in a way that actually supports long-term function.
This is not your average strength training gym. At Project Function Morgan Hill, rehab, strength training, and athletic conditioning come together to help you move better, feel better, and perform at a higher level.
