What does mental health really look like for college athletes today?
Join us on April 18 for Project Blackbird’s Lunch and Learn, Inside the Mind of a College Athlete, a conversation grounded in real experience and focused on turning awareness into access to care.
In partnership with Athletes for Hope, we’re bringing together Dr. Mena Mirhom and Ose Okojie, senior on the Howard University basketball team, to explore the realities of balancing performance, pressure, and identity.
From navigating expectations to accessing support on campus, this conversation creates space for honesty, connection, and solutions that move us forward.
Open to students, athletes, educators, and anyone passionate about mental health.
