⬇️ Welcome to the NEW Progressions ⬇️
I’m excited to share that next Wednesday (January 10) starts a new era for the podcast!
The new Progressions will be your home base for career growth. I hope it inspires you as much as it educates you.
The new format is a return to weekly episodes with a mix of interviews featuring some of the most successful people in the industry and solo monologue episodes similar to the classic Progressions intros.
You’ll find the interviews to be more focused and topical than past episodes. My aim is to bring you the most valuable and insightful conversations possible and the result has been many of my personal favorites.
When I started the show three years ago I never knew the journey that it would take me on. I never thought it would change me as much as it has. I think it took two years just to learn how to be a host and then a year further to decide how I wanted the show to grow and change.
Thank you to all of you that have been listening from the beginning. You’ve all made this possible.

Building my last studio felt easy. Building this one feels hard. Partly because the logistics of building a structure from the ground up are insane (I couldn’t recommend it less). But also because I didn’t want to build a studio… I had to.
For months I’ve been making decisions (or procrastinating them). Weighing every option. What’s best for my family? What’s best for my business? Now, being weeks away from finished, I can finally say that I want to build a studio.
If you want to hear more about how I’m approaching the build, check out the latest episode of the podcast. I cover it all from physical construction to gear and workflow. Find it out on YouTube at /@progressionspod or anywhere you listen to podcasts.

Introducing Progressions Career Design!
I’ve planned on expanding the ways I can help people find their path in this industry for a few years and today I’m finally opening applications for the Coaching & Mentoring side of Progressions!
I’m looking for TWO people who are committed to making meaningful change in their careers and are ready to do the work with me alongside them. Together we’ll build a plan and timeline for your goals and start working towards them.
If this sounds like something you’re excited about then apply with the link in bio or go to /coaching.
If you don’t feel like now is the best time, please consider applying anyway. I’m also open to running a lower cost small group program if enough people are interested and as I expand the ways I can help people I want to be able to keep in the know.
