Introducing the new @themonacastle courtyard

The courtyard has recently been completed and is open for business. It was part of the original design in 2021. As the hotel has settled into operations, the brief for the garden has evolved. The outcome is a special destination, and an extension to the best pub in the west!
The timber lantern pops up beyond the walls of the garden is a humble gesture to the residential streetscape of Austin Street. Beyond is a happening little garden with bar and outdoor dining.
