had the pleasure of working on eastside with elyssa~ we first met back in 2022 at @inner.generation when i was doing live sound 🎧 i remember being blown away by her voice and how effortlessly she pulled the crowd in~ that night, i became a fan 🪭
fast forward a few years - after a bunch of random run-ins, convos and divine timing - @dnlspna brought my work up to her during a gig they collaborated on, and she hit me up to help out on this track 🎼 the moment i heard east side, i felt it. it's simple yet powerful, and her performance really carries it ~ mixing and mastering it was a total joy 🤭🤓
something i always say; "there's no hurry to create/collaborate - im in this music thing 4 life." it's a reminder to stay patient, trust your process, and let things unfold when they're meant to. not every opportunity needs to be chased down - sometimes, letting go and letting things align naturally leads to something better than you imagined ‼ that mindset has guided so much of my journey—not just in music, but in life 🔮
one of the wildest full-circle moments? 💫 east side landed on two spotify editorial playlists, and guess what was also on one of them? suzanne by raye & mark ronson—the exact track we used as a reference during the mix 🎚 how things align like that is beyond me > slide #5 ;)
just another reminder that when you stop, stay present, and remain curious, life tends to unfold in the most unexpected and beautiful ways. grateful to be part of this one ✨

Still trying to wrap my head around what happened with @soundadvice.club over last week 😭🫶🏽
So grateful that Phil Tan, a legend, led this masterclass—one of his first ever ✨🎚️ We didn’t just talk mixing; we explored philosophies that hit way beyond music. Phil was transparent, generous, and answered every question with patience and heart 💕🫂
The stories he shared—from sessions with Mariah Carey, Beyoncé, Pharrell, Usher, Rihanna, Snoop Dogg, Outkast, Coldplay, and so many more amazing artists—were surreal. These are songs that shaped my childhood, and hearing the bts stories felt like unlocking hidden chapters of my own life ☀️🤯
And what struck me most? He’s still evolving. Still refining his craft. One thing he said really hit me:
“Best = death.” ⭐🗣️
Because the moment you believe you’re the best, you stop growing. That mindset alone shifted something in me~
And beyond Phil, the real magic was in the room. The cohort—every single person—showed up with vulnerability, passion, and openness. There was no ego. No competition. Just deep connection, collaboration, and a genuine love for the craft. We learned from each other just as much as we learned from him 🌱✌🏽

2023, a journey of embracing 🆕 challenges🤸🏻♂️ i achieved some significant milestones, and im happy i pushed myself to accomplish my goals 💭 my year-end wrap videos (this is my 4th) serve as a reminder to myself to be grateful 🙏🏻
as an artist, its common to look forward to new objectives and opportunities, but its equally important to appreciate the little wins 🤏🏻 – those simple things we call "life" 🖼️ im thankful for the new people 🫂 i met and collaborated with, as well as the existing ones who continue to build alongside me, trusting in my vision and skills 🧘🏻♂️
