Total 90 ๐๐ฆ๐ช๐ณ๐ญ๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ฎ is about the convergence of our nostalgia for vintage interiors and fondness for our familial gathering spaces. The inspiration draws from the ingrained respect that our ancestors had for the furnishings that allowed us to enjoy each othersโ company. The spaces in which we congregate to enjoy the game, deepen our love of the game and enrich our relationships with whom we watch the game.

Went back home to Cincinnati (during my spring in NYC) the other day to grab images for this project for Procell!!!
They had told me they was dropping a collab with Nike round the Total 90ย and it was based inโฆ well i remember 3 words VINTAGE, INTERIORS AND NOSTALGIA and PLASTIC COUCHES (okay 4 or 5 words)ย
Went home during this research project and My mother sat right on the couch that i got from my granny house (where my pops was living when he died) and said -
โjerald, you know we had that damn plastic on the couch until your dad left?โ I had plastic on my couch til I was fucking 13. Hahah.
Seeing my great aunts all on that couch on slide two just did something to my spirit.
