Glass Onion Therapy - as seen by Stout.
Stout insisted on doing the orientation himself. We decided it was easier not to argue.
If you’ve been looking for therapy, we’re in HSR Layout, Bangalore, and we’re open on all days of the week except Mondays. Walk in anytime between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Coffee’s on us.

Stout was rescued and adopted from @secondchancesanctuaryindia & @sanjana_madappa . We can’t express enough gratitude for everything they’ve done for Stout and for the thousands of other dogs they’ve helped ❤️

2025 gave us a lot to be proud of. We couldn’t have asked for a better crew to peel back the layers with. This is exactly the team we wanted to build, and we’re just lucky they all showed up.

At Glass Onion, our deepest commitment has been to build a truly multidisciplinary space for healing
not just individual therapy, but also group therapy, support groups, and collaborative modalities that reflect the many shapes care can take.
We believe in in-person therapy because human connection isn’t just helpful, it’s vital. Healing happens in presence, in eye contact, in shared breath.
From 1st July, our doors open. We invite you to step into the space we’ve spent years dreaming into form.
We’re here. And we can’t wait to meet you.
Two years of building, refining, and dreaming have led us here.
Glass Onion, a name drawn from a Beatles song spoke to us.
Because the mind is like an onion: layered, convoluted. But made of glass: delicate, transparent, and full of light.
With time and tenderness, you can see through the folds, unravel what once felt knotted.
That, to us, is the quiet magic of therapy.
We open our doors on July 1st.
