Last winter in Costa Rica, we created 3 Odysseys called “La Mano”. With more than 3000 receptors in each fingertip, our hand is the most sensitive part of our being that can feel the lightest touch, stroke or vibration.
We used our hand to understand and feel the complexity and beauty of nature and all living beings.
What if we could change the way we see the world? Seeing all beings interconnected and interdependent. What if we can embrace the idea of the natural world not just a backdrop to our lives but an integral part of it.
What if the the goal of life is to make our heartbeat match the beat of the universe, to match our nature with Nature?

2 weeks ago I lost my phone in a festival (don’t ask me how 🫠) yess it wasn’t ideal.. but I have to say it’s been great! In the sense that it really allowed me to be fully present in the moment and immerse myself even more in any experience that came my way. Lost in time and space, flowing with rhythm of my heart 🌪️🌈

When you open your heart, the magic will come to your life – the magic of friendship, vulnerability, true connection. After these 4 days of immersive experience with RIMA, my heart has opened up so much that beauty and joy was able to find its way into it and fulfilled it. Being present in the here and now stretched time so that it felt having lived one whole year in just a couple of days. I would say: “I had it all” – excitement, understanding, deep conversations, being hold, passion, sensitivity, empowerment, friendship, connection, laughter, long nights, little sleep and wonderful moments of good dance and amazing food. I immersed completely in that gorgeous movie directed by RIMA where you can slip in different roles and at the same time showing the world who you really are in all your beautiful and diverse facets.
Thank you so much for making life a bliss, for letting us sparkle, making life unforgettable – those moments are those that make life special. I am more than grateful for you all and that I was able to share one part of my life with you, beautiful humans.
