Being like water is about being flexible in both body and mind. Yet also being able to make our way through the cracks.
On another note, embodying the water element is about being in touch with our emotions. Yet also letting them flow through us in expression or in creative processes. After all emotions are meant to be energy in motion. Instead of resisting or repressing what we feel (which can lead to psychosomatic symptoms), we can express our emotions in creating art, journaling or by just talking about them with someone we trust.

Fire can burn, but it is also what keep us alive.
It can be linked to our breath, movement, expression and marking our territory.
I love expressing myself through art, dancing and being often on the move.
It was rare to see me wearing red though. From all the elements, Fire was one of the most challenging for me to play with. Sometimes we do fear our own power and try to contain it instead of allowing it.
Today, it is my will to activate my fire fully. It is time to let it flow.

Recently Iāve attended the Åeb-i ArĆ»s festival in Konya, which means the wedding night. It is the Sufi celebration of Rumiās 750th death anniversary.
