Being Co-Director of Buffalo State RUNWAY was truly one of the biggest learning experiences for me. A lot of people see the final show, the looks, and the excitement, but not always the process behind it. The late nights, constant planning, creative changes, and moments of pressure are all part of bringing something this big to life. It definitely pushed me outside of my comfort zone, but it also helped me grow so much as a leader and creative. 💐
This experience taught me that building something meaningful takes patience, teamwork, and trust. There were so many moving parts behind the scenes, and none of it could have happened without the dedication of everyone involved. Every meeting, rehearsal, fitting, and detail mattered, and it was inspiring to watch everyone come together with the same goal and passion.
