The feature film βLocal Talentβ is a heartfelt dramedy about a struggling actor/screenwriter, Steve Wilson, who is duped by a phony Hollywood producer into raising $60,000 from family and friends, to shoot a demo reel for a Baywatch-style TV series, set not in Malibu, but on Lake Erie, with average joe life guards. Will Steve turn the disaster into something positive for the community!?
Pre-production is underway, casting of some roles very soon, and we aim to begin filming in July/August of 2026.
