Thanks to social media, Zoom, the pandemic, and other contributing factors: the best estheticians are accessible! So, reach out!! Ask questions!
Back in the days, a client was lucky to catch a good esthetician in the back of a hair/nail salon, stuck in some sort of broomstick closet room. That is no longer the case! So why do people still play guessing games when trying to book?

PROS: Boundaries are important, so make sure you know yours. That being said, if you aren't DMing, texting, or calling your clients to ensure the service they want or had is the right service for them.... guess what! There are estheticians who are and you are probably losing business because you think you are "bothering" a client with a text.
Get that OUT of your head! Text messages and DMs are informal for a reason: so people can get to it when they get to it. Have tough skin because clients are busy and don't always have time to ❤️ or reply all the time. It doesn't mean they don't appreciate you reaching out with valuable information. On the same note, if a client asks you not to reach out with updates, respect that too, and trust the process that they will come back on their terms when it is right for them!
