As I have been incorporating the @kaia.skin Hydrosols into my professional back-bar over the last 3 months, I have also begun regularly using the Rose Tulsi Hydrosol in my own personal collection daily, for the last 2 weeks.

Then, it got deleted. Canva was being a b*tch yesterday and so I tried today with IG Reels. Both b*tches.

When I first saw the Kaia Skin booth at the Long Beach Spa Expo 2 years ago, the simplicity is what drew me in. Still, it has taken time for me to really appreciate this line because I didn't initially understand it.
I saw small bottles and thought, yeah, that will last me 10 days. Well, with the way I was consuming skin care before, my mindset was that of "more bang for your buck." I am not knocking that method because everybody has different lifestyles and sometimes value is needed. No judgment ever 🫶🏽
However, now that I am relentlessly choosing presence over profits, I am appreciating my journey as I incorporate @kaia.skin into my daily rituals. I have noticed changes for the better, not just in my skin, but also, in my perception of the world and how I show up.
It's no secret that I am a deep thinker and I encourage everyone to stop and smell the roses. Utilizing hydrosol's over toners is a change I never thought I would fully embrace, but to my surprise I have.
This particular hydrosol has 2 ingredients: Rose and Tulsi. That's it. No assembly line. No synthetics. Non-toxic, concentrated nature in a small bottle that I have come to truly appreciate every time I use it.

It is what it is.
Nobody will ever take the precious time and gentle care that you have put into the small business that you created out of thin air. So, don't expect them to. Accept that nobody will tend to your flock the way you could and identify standards that will be "good enough." Then, build a team and delegate.
Ever heard the phrase-- perfection is the enemy of good? Well, it's true. Some people get so far into the hypotheticals and expectations, that they never move their feet on the ground. Don't be a dreamer, be a doer.
Small business starts with purchasing something for a dollar, and selling it for two. Learn how to do basic accounting for the sake of your livelihood. DO THE MATH. Lead with authenticity and your team, your family, and your BOTTOM LINE WILL NEVER STEER YOU WRONG.
I still recommend having a professional accountant, preferably an EA or a CPA, if you can afford one. However, when it comes to your business, nobody knows your books, clients, trends, and capabilities like you do. So, lead with confidence in knowing your numbers. It is so very important!!
