Howdy folks! Quick message, in case you didn’t see the stories or changes on the website - we are postponing the Hot Bierfest originally scheduled for tomorrow (12/20). The fire weather in Colorado has us extra cautious. Stay tuned for the new date(s) for hot beer coming up, we can’t wait to celebrate with you all! In the meantime, stay safe out there!!! Just a friendly reminder of our upcoming Primitive events. We’ve postponed our 12/5 Howl at the Moon to 12/12. Both are Fridays, we’ve just shifted it a week back. Same deal as usual, 4-8pm at the New Image Brewing in Wheat Ridge. Please come socialize and enjoy tasty spontaneous beer on draft and cask or check out our deep cellar bottle offerings! Later in December we’ve got our beloved Hot Beer Fest with Gluhbier, hot pokers, and all the usual fanfare that surrounds this special event. Mark your calendars for December 20th over at New Image Wheat Ridge for our big cozy holiday party! We’ll be lying low for the rest of the week, heading into the mountains, so let’s drink that #SponSponBingBong before we disappear.⁣ ⁣ We’ll be celebrating the largest and brightest full moon of the year, and the return of our beer friends from around the country, by re-releasing some extra specially cellared bottles of one of our favorite blends we’ve ever released, Effectively Seasoned.⁣ ⁣ Effectively Seasoned is what we have lovingly termed a “Copper Blend”, a splendid multi-year ensemble with a weighted average age >46 months at packaging. This amalgamation of spontaneous beer is an equal fusion of six brew years (the seasons of 16|17, 17|18, 18|19, 19|20, 20|21 and 21|22). Bottled in July 2022, this blend has now enjoyed over three years relaxing peacefully, awaiting another chance to rage. Why copper, you ask? Copper is a classic metal that was the pre-stainless steel historic standard for brewery and koelschip construction, an understated precious relic of the past that we adore. Plus, when you see the color this beer pours, it all makes sense!⁣ ⁣ Available to enjoy by draught on site, or 375ml and limited 1500ml Magnum bottles to-go. We’ll be marking the occasion with a release of Harvest Glitter, our wet hop beer from the 2024 harvest of @billygoathopfarm Multihead hops (nope, not a typo, last year’s fresh hops become this year’s old beer).
