I wanted to give you a life update, because itās been crazy!
In the last several months, a couple of things have happened.
1.) I got engaged to my best friend š
2.) I had to get accustomed to all the āhiddenā costs you donāt think about when it comes to owning a home š„²
3.) I also launched my business: Primetime Physical Therapy and Performance ā
I specialize in helping weekend warriors get out of pain, improve their performance, and move long-term. If thatās something that youāre looking for, then DM me āPRIMETIMEā.

Paid a visit to @primetime.ptp to fix my shoulder. I took a spill on the bike over a month ago and still feeling some discomfort/pain when my shoulder is in certain positions. When I was training for the LA Marathon last year, I was having a ton of knee pain - havenāt had knee pain since seeing @mikecheckk so Iām hoping this time around, we can strengthen my shoulder. This would help me significantly in my swim and being able to hold aero position on the bike. Excited to implement more strength training this time around in prep for La Quinta 70.3. A glimpse into some earlier sessions with a patient who had an ACL Reconstruction (quad graft) back in Nov. Sessions took place from Dec to Mar (1-4 months post-op).
