PERU La Naranja
Lorenzo Arbildo Ubillus
Lorenzo Arbildo Ubillus owns and operates the 2-hectare farm, Finca La Naranja, located in Chirinos, Peru. Thanks to its high altitude, the region is known for producing exceptional quality coffees with vibrant character and clarity.
Sustainability and environmental care are central to Lorenzo’s approach to farming. Through the use of organic compost and bio-fertilisers, the farm is managed with long-term soil health and ecological balance in mind.
During harvest, cherries are selectively picked at peak ripeness and fermented in GrainPro bags as part of the processing method, contributing to the coffee’s clean and expressive profile.
At our Marrickville store, you can enjoy our pour over coffee which we believe is the best way to fully appreciate the micro-lot coffees we roast.
Ecuador Finca San Pablo is a Sidra varietal, known for its exceptional sweetness, bright acidity, and complex floral and fruit notes.
We also have only a handful of Bolivia Las Alasitas Gesha left, so be quick!

Primary Coffee started in 2017.
From day one, we had one simple goal.
To source, roast, and brew the coffee we love to drink,
and share it with good people.
A lot of people still don’t realise we’re a roasting company.
@ecre.coffee has been our home for the past 9 years
a shared roastery that gave us the space to grow,
from a small 5kg roaster to the 70kg we run today.
Now, we’re stepping away from ECRE
and starting a new chapter in a space of our own.
Same machine.

This special Gesha nanolot comes from the stunning Las Alasitas, a small, picturesque farm owned by Pedro Rodríguez. Over the last decade, under the banner of Agricafe, Pedro and his family have worked tirelessly to build the production of and market for Bolivian specialty coffee, helping hundreds of local farmers recognise and realise the potential of their land and crops.
This traditional washed process allows the varietal to shine with clarity, elegance and floral complexity. In a world of increasingly experimental processing, this coffee is a quiet reminder of the beauty of a classic washed Geisha.
