Fun full body workout 🚀
I had fun mixing it up with this full body circuit I love hitting on the weekends to keep my body moving after a solid week of training!
I set a timer for 30 minutes and hit as many rounds as possible at a moderate pace.
Try it out!
Sled rows x 8 each side
Sled push x 20 meters
Kettlebell press x 8 each side
Pull ups x 8 reps

3 Move Kettlebell Workout 🔥
All you need is this double kettlebell workout to get your full body feeling torched! Use a couple moderate to heavy bells. Push the pace and get it done savages!
8 rounds
Deadlift to snatch x 5 each side
Push up to squat x 10
Alternating row to lateral lunge x 5 lunges each side

28 minute E3MOM
Minute 1: staggered row, switch clean, squat and press, alternating
Minute 2: figure eight to later lunge
Minute 3: swing, high, pull snatch
Minute nine s rest

Kettlebell and bodyweight shredder 😤
Have fun and mix it up with this kettlebell conditioning workout! Push the pace with a light or moderate size kettlebell. The rotational moves will really get you core lit up 🔥
Hit every exercise for 45 seconds each, rest 15 seconds in between exercises, then rest 60 seconds in between rounds. Repeat 6 rounds 🚀

Try out one of my favorite kettlebell arm workouts! Use moderate to heavy weight. I usually do this one for 3-5 sets, 8 to 12 reps each exercise!

40 seconds dive bomber push ups

1 minute rest

20 Minute E2MOM
This is one of my favorite 20 minute conditioning workouts! Grab a couple of light/moderate kettlebells and a bike erg (or run, ski, row) and push the pace. I like using between 16kg to 24kg kettlebells for this one!
20 minutes. Every two minutes:
✅10 double kettlebell snatches
✅10 push ups on kettlebells
✅Max calories on the bike (shoot for 15-20)

Get it done with this full body kettlebell workout. All you need is a single kettlebell to get your full body feeling worked 😤
Use a moderate size kettlebell. Push the pace and have fun!
6 rounds
Flow 1 minute(swing, high pull, snatch, press)
Front squats 1 minute EACH SIDE
Pull ups 1 minute max reps (you can hop off the bar if needed to rest)
Side crunches 30 seconds each side
1 minute rest
