A production designed to scale -- from arenas to tighter venues -- without losing an ounce of impact. PRG North America and PRG UK brought automation, lighting, rigging and video to @Deftones Private Music Tour, working with a world-class crew to make a massive creative vision fit every room on the run. PRG Projects delivered custom self supported dropdowns and LED pillars, with a bespoke hinge system and an INFINIFORM™ base designed with efficiency and recyclability in mind. As Production Manager Tyrone Brunton told @TPiMagazine : "Randall and Erik from PRG -- those guys were a huge part of getting the tour across the line." That's what it looks like when people and production come together. Read the full story at the link in bio. 📸 Luke Dyson #PeopleProductionPossibility #PRG #Deftones

Not what you expect from Opera… This week, @birminghamoperaco ’s latest production RE-WIRE transformed The Forum, Digbeth into a fully immersive, multi-stage experience across three unforgettable nights. Bringing together six newly commissioned mini-operas, the production explored stories rooted in Birmingham’s people, voices, and history—from lost music venues to modern digital life—capturing the city from every angle. PRG were proud to continue working with Birmingham Opera Company and have supported this production with a lighting and projection package that helped shape the atmosphere and guide audiences through the space, amplifying the energy of each performance. Huge thanks to Andy Pye, Khalid Butt, and the entire Birmingham Opera Company team for the bringing us on board to support. To @jonnydanciger , Finn Lacey, Harriet Taylor, Lucy Bird and Helen Calcutt for their creative vision, and to Justin Goad, Darren Beale, Pete Smith and Stephen Price for bringing it all to life. ✨ Caroline takes to the stage ✨ We’re proud to support the East Anglian Touring Consortium’s brand new production, Caroline: A New Musical, which opened on the 17th April at the New Wolsey Theatre. The show will continue its journey across the region, visiting Queen’s Theatre Hornchurch, New Theatre Peterborough, Mercury Theatre Colchester and Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds, celebrating East Anglia’s connection to the pirate radio story that changed British music culture forever. Inspired by the true story of Radio Caroline, the production follows a young woman swept into the world of offshore broadcasting, where pop, soul and rock ’n’ roll meet a movement that reshaped a generation. Lighting Designer, @cmac_lighting created a dynamic design that captures the energy and spirit of the piece, playing a key role in bringing the visual story to life on stage. PRG was pleased to support Callum and the wider production team by providing the lighting rig for the tour. 📸 @willgreenphotography #TheatreLighting #CarolineTheMusical #EastAngliaTour

🌱Jack and the Beanstalk - The Mary Stevens Hospice 🌱 We are incredibly proud to be apart of the ongoing success in raising awareness and vital funding for The Mary Stevens Hospice, providing lighting support for the production. Over the course of a just one week, Jack and the Beanstalk raised a remarkable £66,000. It's a great cause, with every penny going directly towards supporting patients and their families when they need it most. James Totney shared his thanks: "We are highly grateful for PRG's support. Without it, we simply wouldn't be able to stage a pantomime of such a high standard for our audience of industry professionals, the local community, schools, nurse and Hospice supporters." A fantastic achievement for all involved. 💚 @marystevenshospice #TheMaryStevensHospice #PRGUK #JackandtheBeanstalk

The Olivier Awards 2026 lit up the Royal Albert Hall on Sunday 12th April, celebrating the very best of British theatre. Bringing together industry icons and rising talent, the night reflected a year of bold, ambitious work on stage. This year’s nominations showcased the scale, creativity and diversity defining contemporary theatre. From standout live performances to unforgettable award moments, the night captured the full spectrum of the artform. A powerful highlight was the In Memoriam tribute to Jon Cadbury — a true legend of the industry, whose impact on live events and theatre continues to be felt. PRG was proud to support the event, supplying lighting equipment and working closely with lighting designer Gemma O’Sullivan @gemma_gemsoflight whose creative vision helped make the evening the spectacular celebration of theatre that it was. Thank you to the Society of London Theatre, @settinglinepm , @Leebats and Penny Lane Entertainment for having us as part of the team. It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our dear colleague Jon Cadbury, former Account Director for Production Resource Group. Jon devoted his life to the live events industry, building a remarkable career that began in theatre in the 1960s and went on to span touring, production management, lighting and some of the most significant live events of modern times. From his early work at Chichester Festival Theatre, the Round House and Rainbow Theatre, through to Samuelsons, Meteorlites, Zenith Lighting, Vari-Lite and PRG, Jon’s contribution to our world was extraordinary. Jon was a true pioneer of our industry and a forefather to many of the practices that continue to shape the modern live events world today. His passion, knowledge and commitment left a lasting mark on colleagues, clients and productions alike, including his work across concert touring, theatre and the London 2012 Olympics. As Peter Marshall, Account Director for PRG and Jon’s dear friend and colleague, so fittingly said, “Jon was great to work with and his passion and commitment was legendary.” Above all else, Jon was the most loving and caring father to Rebecca, Joshua and Joel, and our thoughts are with them at this incredibly difficult time. He will be so sadly missed by all of us, both within PRG and across the wider industry, but he will never, ever be forgotten. His legacy will live on in the people he inspired, the standards he helped set, and the countless productions made better by his dedication, talent and generosity of spirit.
