3. Eating enough protein and nourishing my body with whole foods that support healthy aging.
4. Strength training consistently to maintain muscle, confidence, balance, and long-term health.
5. Protecting my peace by setting boundaries and reducing unnecessary stress and negativity.
6. Staying hydrated and taking care of my skin, hair, and overall self-care from the inside out.
7. Choosing consistency over perfection and remembering that healthy habits always matter more than quick fixes.
