Next on the agenda for me is the MAX5000 challenge on June 13th.
Mia and I are fortunate to be in a position where we can use our company (@prepared.programming ) to make some positive impact on others. A few years ago we created an initiative called The Prepared Project that uses fitness events and challenges to raise funds and awareness for charitable causes. We have previously done events in support of cancer research (@cancerfonden ) and mens health (@mustaschkampen ).
On June 13th we have an event called the MAX5000 challenge in support of Unicef (@unicefsverige )
The event is simple:
1 rep max back squat in to a 5000m run.
Designed to be difficult, inclusive and a great way to bring our local community together.
