He is our Head of Product & Development and has always been interested in people. In fact, his second choice when starting university was to study psychology. He also has a daughter and is her biggest fan 👧👑
Oscar has an education in development, but started writing code when he was 12. He worked for 10 years as a front-end/full stack developer before realizing he wasn’t that interested in writing code. The last three+ years he has been working as a Head of Product.

He is our Finance and Operations manager and speaks Swedish, English and Skånska. Oscar is also a Type 1 Diabetic, and currently guinea pig in a stem cell study 👨🔬⚡️
He has studied Industrial Engineering & IT Management at Chalmers University of Technology, has 5 years experience within advisory services, and executive recruitment for private held growth companies.

She is our Talent Acquisition Specialist and interested in psychotherapy. She is currently involved in a training program in Gestalt therapy and already has training in cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT) 🧠⚡️
She has a MSc in Psychology from the University of Osijek in Croatia. Previous work experience include recruitment & selection mostly in the IT industry, as well as career counseling and school psychology.

Eirini is our Financial and Administrative assistant and a bit of a daredevil as she happily rides her bike all year round (yes, even in rain and snow 🌪☃️).
She has worked in the banking and supply chain industry, while working on publishing an academic article. She also used to be a tutor for undergraduate students in statistics and econometrics.
She has a M.Sc in Economics from Handelshögskolan in Gothenburg and M.Sc. in Economic Analysis from University of Peloponnese in Greece (BSc Economics).
