Happy holidays from the Precisely team! 🌲
Every quarter, our Precisely Cares team organizes a charity event. This year for the Christmas period, we partnered with @givingpeople , an organization that matched us with families so we can donate funds we have collected as a team.
With this money, we help put delicious Christmas food on the table 🍲 and get gifts for the children! We packed the gifts to give to the families and kids this week 🎁 We hope opening them will be as joyful for the kids as it was for us as a team to wrap them up.
Sending everyone warm wishes this season! 🕯️
💚 In honor of #WorldEnvironmentDay, the Precisely Cares partnered with #Solikyl, a commendable organization in Gothenburg, to address a pressing issue - food waste. 🍏🍞
📊 A few sobering facts about food waste in Europe:
- Around 88 million tonnes of food are wasted annually, costing roughly €143 billion — 20% of the EU’s food production.
- This waste amounts to 170 million tonnes of CO2 emissions - that's equivalent to the emissions of about 33 million cars!
👫 To do our part, our Precisely Cares Team encouraged everyone to sift through their kitchens, donate near-expiry or unused food items, and transform them into valuable resources for our community.
🙌 A massive thank you to everyone who participated and to the fantastic volunteers at Solikyl who help distribute the food to those who need it. Small actions can lead to big changes. 🌍
See you next quarter for the next Precisely Cares event!

We are looking for our new colleagues 🎉
The Precisely commercial team is expanding, and we could not be more excited!
If you're excited about the SaaS world and automation, have an eye for identifying and driving global business opportunities, generally tech-curious, possibly a bit of a data nerd and like to learn new things, this might just be for you!

This week, we kicked off our "Diversity Breakfast's", to anchor our “Strength in diversity” cultural value. This was the second of our cultural values that we anchored with a recurring activity, and the first breakfast was a delicious Persian breakfast!
We had Persian Barbari bread, feta cheese, yoghurtdrink (doogh), walnuts, mint, and even got spoiled with watermelon 🍉 and some Persian music, including Shervin Hajipour’s beautiful Baraye song calling for the right to freedom.
What country will we be trying foods from next? 😋
Today we were able to handover gifts to Drottning Silvias Children’s hospital in Gothenburg.
This was made possible through our Precisely Cares volunteer program.
We hope we were able to provide some smiles and happiness 💙
Curiosity Lunch 🧐
Yesterday, we had our first installment of our Curiosity Lunch series.
This will be an ongoing effort to anchor each of our Cultural Values to our everyday lives. The first value to be anchored is our value of Being Curious 🧐 with these lunches being a reoccurring event every month.
Look out for more of these in the future 🙌
One thing that I love and am very happy about is our work with accessibility on our platform. Accessibility is an important matter so we can include all people and give everyone a great experience.
It is not only a valuable thing for our users but also fun to do as a developer. This is a new subject for me and during this process I have learned - and I am still learning - a lot. It is amazing to see how everyone on the team is committed to this and for each day we improve.
We are not fully finished but we getting there!

HI JONAS👋🤩
So how did this girl working in tourism wanting to see as many places of the world as possible end up in CS at a SaaS company? 🤔
Well firstly I’ve always been quite interested in tech and eager to learn new things. 🤓
Also, when looking into Precisely, the product itself caught my eye. Having experience from contracting hotels and tour operators all over the world without a platform like ours I could really see the use of it! 📄
When it comes to my role in Customer Success, I can definitely use my experiences from the service industry but in this role it’s more about building long time relationships which I, with my very social personality, think makes my role a great fit! 🗣👂🏼
Last but now least, I’m still in an international environment. Both our team and customers are from all over the world and that is awesome for someone like me. After all travelling is all about learning about different countries and cultures and now I have the chance to do that each day 🌍
