Kappe Raaga - a frog’s tune. Every life, small or big, has a unique tune, a raaga. For one who listens, Life and Creation is a delightful and profound raaga. This phenomenal film of just seven minutes - the story of Kumbara, a unique night frog endemic to the rainforests of Western Ghats - is a true labor of love and dedication. May the Kappe Raaga or Tune of Life reverberate in your hearts forever. -Sg
We got your perspective
*Little about this new concept*
The film is purely brand Bandipur Safari promotion video with little filmy cinematic and add on drama onto it.
This is a first time experimenting, to bring filmy aspect into wildlife.
Basically cater the larger audience out there other than the existing nature & wildlife enthusiasts
We conceptualized that whole safari experiences into a dreamy sequence whr we got freedom to add more elements without any limitations of routine documentary style.
The model we used is representing as normal tourist returning back after experiencing safari. Then she goes into dream & recalls her journey through dream with fantasizing.
“Come…. Live Your Wildest Dream!”
The whole of Bandipur range, other than wildlife & pristine forest, the Gopalswamy betta is major part of attraction. We wanted to bring that divine element into the visual story without showing any god’s idol.
So this is the whole concept behind this video.
Before releasing we were also hesitant of this new concept on how the audience & critics will accept this new approach.
It’s just been over a week since launched & we are really overwhelmed by response & feedback we are getting from across different set of audience out there. And nothing more satisfying than, when your effort is well recognized & appreciated by countries top natural history film makers and other respected critics from the industry.
I am so grateful to all of my team for helping to execute this film.
And special mention @harish.yr and @visualsofpani for their unconditional support And my music director @pkashwin for adding life to this film
And in closing, thank you very much @thizizradhika for accepting and supporting this project, we all enjoyed working with you...

Filming the most famous park was a first, an unforeseen project led me to Bandipur Tiger Reserve. To complete a short film in 10 days for TIGER DAY was quite impossible, particularly when it is wildlife, but Bandipura offered more than anyone can anticipate. The inner beauty is breathtaking. Some spectacular views, valleys and especially the abundance of wildlife. Here is the promo for "Namma Bandipura"
My heartful thanks to my entire team and the Staff of Bandipur Tiger Reserve.
Some moments feel so real, even when they are created through technology.
This AI-generated image of me resting in the divine lap of Shri Raghavendra Swamy touched me in a way I didn’t expect. It’s incredible how AI can create visuals but what it made me feel goes far beyond pixels.
Thank you, @yogeshkumar_md , for creating this and giving me such a beautiful, emotional experience on this very Thursday.
Grateful
Every stage teaches you something new.
