I was on my way back home from work. As I approached Chalukya circle, the traffic light turned red, forcing me to come to a stop. I leaned forward on my motorcycle, looking around at the other drivers as we all waited for the light to change.
As I glanced at my bike's mirror, I noticed a small spider crawling along the edge of the glass. At first, I was slightly startled by the sight of the spider, but then I became increasingly fascinated by it.
The spider was small, no bigger than a dime, with delicate legs and a round, plump body. As it crawled along the mirror, it seemed to be completely absorbed in its own world, completely oblivious to the chaos and noise of the intersection.
As the minutes ticked by and the traffic light continued to glow red, I found myself becoming more and more entranced by the spider. It was so small and delicate, yet it seemed to possess quiet strength and resilience.
Without thinking, I pulled out my phone and started to record a video of the spider. I zoomed in, trying to capture its intricate movements and the beauty of its tiny, delicate body.
Despite the honking of horns and the roar of engines around me, I felt a sense of calm and stillness in the presence of the spider. It seemed to be completely at ease, completely at home in its tiny corner of the world.
then, just as suddenly as it had appeared, the spider scurried away, disappearing from view.
As the traffic light changed and the cars around me began to move again, I put my phone away and started my motorcycle. But as I rode away from the intersection, I couldn't help but think about the spider, and the way it had reminded me of the beauty and resilience of even the smallest creatures in the world.
And I knew that I would always treasure that brief moment of stillness and beauty in the midst of the chaos and noise of rush hour traffic.
