Next Saturday 5/23, as part of our Memorial Day Weekend Run, we’re honored to be playing Punk & Poetry Fest in NY alongside legends like Don Zientara, The Take and more. ⚡️

Don’s impact on punk and hardcore honestly can’t be overstated. From shaping the sound of bands like Minor Threat, Fugazi, Bad Brains and countless Dischord releases through Inner Ear Studios, he helped build the foundation of DC punk as we know it. 👀
And The Take are no joke either. A NYC hardcore/Oi! supergroup featuring members tied to Biohazard, Agnostic Front, Madball, Cro-Mags and more. The kind of band that carries decades of New York hardcore history in one lineup. 🔥
Huge shout out to Practice and Ithaca DIY Poetry for putting in the work to make something like this happen and, of course, for having us. This is gonna be a special one! 💪

Ithaca DIY Poetry and Practice At are joining forces for a massive Punk and Poetry Fest at @stonebendfarm on May 23rd from noon to night. And just our luck, they’re giving us a sneak peek on WRFI! Join us in the Mind Meadow to hear readings from poet Ember Babiak, organizers Keegan Young and Alayna Hernandez, along with some tracks from promoter and musician Nick Scollard.
