Brought in through the team @digs.coffee this Ethiopia release from Eliyas Dukamo has been stellar as a showcase filter coffee over the last month or so. This past weekend though, at San Diego we decided to mix it up and showcase it through espresso, and it melted faces! So we’ve decided to release a 500g bag for you home brew homies, and rad cafes to grab before we finish this release.

what a rad couple of days in San Diego! Getting hugs from the homies, putting faces to names, and sharing some suuuuuuuper tasty Process brewzz. these trips do get harder to justify with things being busy back home, and a family that it really sucks to say bye to, but seeing the response to Process at the show was so encouraging and stoked the fire for me so thank you.

ok, we’ve eased into the year, we’ve weathered a couple of Belfast storms already, and things are starting to become clearer as to how we are going to get after it this year.

Each year I try to dream bigger than the last, and simultaneously connect more with the people around us that have helped get us this far.

When Morning Meets Night ☕️🍺
A few months back, Ben from @pr_cess hit us up. We supplied some beer for a coffee cupping evening at @latecafe__ and, somewhere between sips, started swapping war stories.
From squeegeeing leaking flat roofs to missing packaging orders, we bonded over the shared joys of running small, like-minded businesses and doing our best to keep the wheels turning.
Somewhere along the line we decided to team up and bring you the best of both worlds.
We dusted off a dark lager recipe from the archives and built it around Kenya Mchana coffee. Think blackcurrant, raisin, and jammy fruit.
We pulled back the roast character from the malt and let the coffee do the heavy lifting, then hopped it with Bramling Cross to amplify those blackcurrant and jammy notes even further.
Coffee meets beer.
Morning meets night.
Pretty good things happen when you collaborate ✌️

Another year of high highs, and definitely some lows that we just have to chalk up to life, business, and the byproduct of chasing dreams I guess :)
It’s been a wild one!!!
To be honest, I started the year with the thought in the back of my mind that because this was year 5 (insane!), that we had hit a milestone and that things would fall into place somewhat. In reality the decisions have been tougher and more challenging than ever, BUT I think they have all set us up for what this next year has in store.
