You step out of the cab in front of the club. Andrea, our artist host, in sight and you’re greeted with one of those wholesome hugs that make you feel at home in a second. She had already texted us all the show details throughout the day, ordered the car, checked in again and again to make sure we were good. That’s what artist hosts, night and day managers usually do. It’s their job. But the way she does it is anything but usual. It’s passionated. This is how you make people feel at home and turn strangers into friends.
For the second time we played @blitzmunich and it’s people like @__andrea.carla__ and the entire crew that show what it’s all about. These people actually care. Not just about artists but the whole scene.
We should all deeply value what @blitz_music_club does to keep the underground alive. Creating spaces like this absolute gem of a club. For 8 years now, week after week bringing electronic music to life. On Fridays and Saturdays! In a time when clubs are struggling more than ever, in a city that challenges you every single day.
So go out! Dance! Pay the ticket if you can afford it! Leave a tip for the waiters or at least a smile and thank the restroom staff for their work! It’s the little things that keeps us all going 🥹
