Last week I had the opportunity to attend @powermonkeycamp and train with incredible coaches alongside amazing athletes.
It was an unforgettable experience and I’m so grateful for everyone I met and all the new friendships formed.
Thank you so much to @adaptivetraining who allowed this opportunity to be possible! I can’t wait to be back in the Tennessee woods learning more!

What an end to another epic week out in the woods of Tennessee. Power Monkey Camp 25 was another life changing event for me and hopefully others. Ended the week with swim in the lake. Many of us were strangers on Sunday. Family by Friday. Crazy how that happens. Come for the education. Come back for the family…and the food 🙏🏼
