'Mind Maps' closes Friday 15 May at Adelaide Central Gallery.
Exhibition curator Andrew Purvis writes, “The map is more than a neutral instrument of navigation, it is also a powerful implement of political control, superimposing otherwise invisible borders and boundaries onto the landscape. By contrast, the exhibition 'Mind Maps' is an atlas of internal and interpersonal topographies, featuring work by Roy Ananda, Zaachariaha Fielding, Richard Lewer, Debbie Pryor and Laura Wills. The artists in this exhibition use found maps and cartographic processes to explore routes between family and community, traverse realms of imagination, and trace the familiar paths of personal anxieties.”
Huge thanks to curator Andrew Purvis, I'm so grateful to be included in a group show with such art heavyweights at one of my favourite galleries - and for my work to be captured by the masterful Sam Roberts.

‘Mind Maps’, opens at Adelaide Central Gallery, on Tuesday April 21, from 6-8pm. Please join me while I fangirl over the works of fellow exhibitors Roy Ananda, Zaachariaha Fielding, Richard Lewer and Laura Wills.

The series of new and recent works presented in ‘Mind Maps’ follows on from my solo exhibition ‘Traces’ at Hahndorf Academy. Always thinking and processing through materials and making, where lines, forms and textures trace connections near and far. Particularly my mother’s country and my Belfast heritage, through abstract landscapes, both real and imagined.
‘Mind Maps’ runs from 8 April – 15 May, Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

Last days of Traces at Hahndorf Academy, closing on Sunday Feb 1. It's been wonderful to show alongside @cqradz and @foubisterjohn , whose solos also close on Sunday. Thanks to everyone who has had the time to take a peek, and thanks to @rachelmcelwee@hahndorfacademy for the opportunity!
Looking forward to what 2026 may hold.

Lots to finesse and learn with this idea. Namely, be really careful when releasing the metal bracket from the mould, unless you like the taste of blood 😬
Happy 15th birthday tiny tot, fur baby, Snickers! Huge apologies to those that don't recognise this day of worship, breaking the art grid for a bit of fur. Hope Snickers still loves us when we extend the family with a new adopted kitten arriving next week, hopefully the cuddle puddle continues (or at least hope she will continue to occasionally accept pats and follow me into the bathroom for chats).
😻😽😻
Traces - now showing at Hahndorf Academy until 1 February.
Thanks so much to everyone who came to opening night or has seen the show, and thanks so much to superstar Rachel @rachelmcelwee who runs Hahndorf Academy @hahndorfacademy and has been a dream to work and show with.
Traces runs alongside the solo exhibitions Moment to Moment by John Foubister @foubisterjohn and Delicious Paradox by Carrie Radzevicius @cqradz

Never say never, but these are the last of the earring sets and as my studio focus shifts these are the last to be made for the foreseeable future.
Huge thanks to everyone who has chatted to me about my practice, liked a post or bought work from me this year - it's been an absolute treat to be full time in my studio the last few months and looking forward to bringing that momentum to 2026 ⚡️⚡️⚡️
Head over to @floatinggoosestudios on Friday night from 6pm for their annual fundraiser Keeping the Lights On. All works are $80. I've donated this piece, heaps of artworks from local artists for the one low price, to keep this awesome gallery showing great work and supporting artists.
Bringing some golden oldies (last of the earring stock), some potty pryor staples (planters and plates) and some newbie ceramics (buttons, planters, mobile phone stands) to the Guerrilla Markets tomorrow (Sunday) for two hours of power! ⚡️⚡️⚡️
It's been a few years since I've done a market, so looking forward to new and familiar faces and seeing all the incredible works from local artists.
