Earlier this year, we were thrilled to announce that our Schwarzbier, Blackfire, scored at the top of the pack in Craft Beer and Brewing Magazine’s Endless Lager issue. Well, with blushing cheeks and ear-to-ear smiles, we are SO excited to announce that our dry-hopped saison, Cosmic Love, is now being recognized in their Best in Beer issue! We first brewed this at the request of @fourstarfarms to showcase their Teamaker hops (we’re not shy about it—we absolutely adore this unique hop... and the folks who grow it). Its subtle herbal notes combined with the spiciness of rye and our favorite Belgian yeast all come together in perfect harmony. Huge thanks to Four Star Farms for this amazing, local product and to Craft Beer & Brewing for the recognition 🤍 Oh yeah, and if you haven’t tried it... HURRY! Exciting news! 🤩 Earlier this year, we submitted our Schwarzbier, Blackfire, to Craft Beer and Brewing Magazine for review in anticipation of their Endless Lager issue. Conducted by a panel of BJCP judges, the blind tasting and review sessions are designed to offer not just a score, but as much constructive feedback as possible to the brewers. (You know us, always striving to do better!) Out of hundreds of entries, 168 beers scored high enough to be published in the magazine, and we are so proud to announce that Blackfire sits amongst the highest-rated with a score of 98! So for those of you who crushed this beer while it was on tap, congrats... you have great taste 😉. And to those of you who missed it, don’t worry, it will be back. A red rye ale for St. Patrick’s Day and a cranberry-themed sour for Thanksgiving, to name a couple. There may be none more anticipated than our Mexican lager for Cinco de Mayo. On Tuesday, May 5th, we’ll be pulling The Right Jack off the taps (don’t worry it will be back), and tapping Fifth Sun.☀️ 🙌 🍋‍🟩 Tuesday, as you may know, is also trivia night! While not a full themed trivia, you can definitely expect some questions on Mexican history and culture! 🇲🇽 This will also be the first Tuesday of the month, which means we’ll be selling Grappelli’s pizza by the slice. 🍕Just like last time, we’ll be featuring their pizza of the month—The Ocho; queso based pizza with eight cheeses, shredded chicken, and tricolor bell peppers—and cheese!
