For the first Supper Club of the year, we will be celebrating incredible local shellfish with our good friends @porthilly_shellfish . Alongside some fresh produce grown by @feeturner in the garden, what a treat.

Half a dozen @porthilly_shellfish Porthilly oysters – tasting the very best that Rock, Cornwall has to offer. Served simply, but with a twist:
🦪 Lemon zest and purity
🦪 Hot buffalo sauce kick
🦪 Chilli crisp with peanut + sesame crunch
🦪 Preserved lemon for salty tang
🦪 Mignonette remix: green apple, gherkin, fennel seed + green Tabasco
🦪 Raspberry vinegar with the last of the autumn blackberries and shallot
Definitely have a go at experimenting beyond lemon – from heat to citrus tang – until you find your perfect pairing. I love a little fire or sharp citrus to balance that sweet flavour of the sea.
