At The HausIM, we’re dedicated to preserving, amplifying, and advancing underground ballroom culture by supporting and empowering the creative artists and community at its core. Founded by Iris and Myles Telfar in 2025, our mission uplifts the visionaries who keep this movement alive — ensuring their contributions are celebrated and sustained. Through financial aid, mentorship, and collective resources, we provide funding to support ballroom artists, houses, and community initiatives.

This work remains rooted in directly supporting the ballroom community — the artists, Houses, organizers, and visionaries continuing to push the culture forward.
