Consider this your annual reminder that all bodies are bikini bodies. Because truthfully? No one is looking at you that closely, anyway. This is a lesson Erin Marley Klay (@erinmarleyklay ) wishes she learned sooner, especially after missing out on experiences because of the way she felt about her body. Now, she's making up for lost time, shining with confidence as a model and Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Rookie.
"What people love to say about curvy women's bodies is that they're very Venusian. They're very soft. It's very much like what we see of Aphrodite," Klay tells Popsugar. "That's the energy I wanted to bring for the launch week . . . I want you to see my body first, because it’s what got me into Sports Illustrated." Ahead of the launch, we caught up with Klay about her journey to body positivity and her advice to women looking to emulate her superstar energy.

Barbara Palvin — along with husband Dylan Sprouse — have been vocal advocates for endometriosis ever since she was diagnosed in 2025. In an Instagram post, she wrote, "For some years now I’ve been dealing with the difficulties that can come with my periods. Fatigue, severe pain, heavy and irregular flow, sleepless nights on the bathroom floor. I thought this was just how it works for me. . . . I thought if I had endometriosis I would have known about it by now."
Her experience sounded a little too familiar to the millions of people who have the condition, like Popsugar staffer Charisandra Perez. "On top of the revelation of my diagnosis, I also had to contend with the possibility of not being able to have kids of my own. At only 25, it was a complicated feeling — mourning something I wasn’t sure I wanted yet." The news pf Palvin's pregnancy made Perez oddly and unexpectedly emotional. "Seeing her live out a future that she may have been told was impossible is all the hope I need."
