Without a home for more than 6 years, we have the pleasure of welcoming yous to the monumental opening of the new African Arts Centre! We’re feeling honoured to celebrate the return of a space that has been central to so many of our experiences of Glasgow.
Healthy, Polyterror, Ghost Art School and assorted others are bringing their heads together to cook up a full day and night of performance, music, installation, weirdness and joy on the first Saturday of June. No external funders here, just a whole lot of community love.
We’ll be uniting friends, foes, lovers and loners across disciplines for our very own hyper-local one-day show of culture in Glasgow - inaugurating the African Arts Centre’s huge new location and raising money to secure their future.
Tickets are available via the link in bio, with a minimum donation of £10 going directly to support the African Arts Centre. Find us there from 3pm til late on Saturday 6th June - full location and lineup details to be revealed in due course...

⟡ We’ve gathered our thoughts and our friends into this Keepsake: a collection of writing and shared conversation. Reflecting primarily on music and the scene that introduced us to each other, Keepsake is a collaborative pamphlet home to musings on nightlife, identity, pleasure and more.
✦ To celebrate its launch in physical form, we’ve curated an evening of words and music from its contributors with readings, live performances, and DJ sets.
