So excited to share this! With more than 1,500 entries, Polygraph and @onetrickponynuts have won a prestigious @thedieline award 🏆 Second place in ‘spices, oils and sauces’. We went up to NYC yesterday to accept the award in person. A crazy long and awesome day. Thank you to @lucy_dana and team for your creative vision and your partnership!
A blurb about the awards: For the past 16 years DIELINE Package Design Awards have formally recognized the absolute best in packaging design worldwide, bringing awareness to the immense value of well-designed brand packaging. Every submission is judged by an esteemed jury of category-specific experts according to five key elements: Creativity, Marketability, Innovation, Execution, and On-Pack Branding.

As @callyourmotherdeli has grown, the brand’s taken on a life outside the shop. What started at the counter now shows up out in the world–from bagels, to bags–even babies 🍼
From daily touchpoints to the take-home stuff, we’ve worked across Call Your Mother’s full range of collateral.
Coffee cups, deli paper, and the things you see every visit, alongside a growing line of retail packaging and an expanded catering suite.
When we first partnered with @callyourmotherdeli it was a DC staple that’s since grown well beyond it’s roots and expanded across the country.
As the shops multiplied, so did the need for a system that could keep up, without losing the scrappy, offbeat energy that put it on the map in the first place. We expanded the brand with that in mind. Built to show up across a growing footprint, while holding onto its humor and not-too-polished charm.

NEW WORK
CPG packaging for our friends at @yellowthecafe celebrating coffee as a bright spot in our day. Vibrant where it needs to be, grounded where it counts. Made to hold its own on the shelf (and in the cup).

These boots are made for selfies 👀
Looking for a singular moment to capture attention on the main floor, we developed a concept using the state’s signature footwear as pixels to spell out the city’s oft-used abbreviation, and the team partnered with local favorites @alvies to bring it to life.

The brand evokes a feeling of playfulness and nostalgia throughout. From punchy merch to social, the language is loud, proud, and playfully brazen.

NEW WORK It’s what’s on the inside (your room) that counts... At @downrightaustin , the brand vibes follow you from the lobby to your room.

NEW WORK A bold identity design for Downright, a @Marriottbonvoy hotel in the heart of Austin, TX. From brand strategy and messaging, all the way to wayfinding, environmental art installations and room collateral, signage, merch, you name it, we developed a bold personality and voice as unapologetic as the retro architecture’s pink hue and the city’s hell-yeah attitude.
