Bright, delicate, and quietly complex - meet Toronja💅
Our first coffee from Teodomiro Jiménez’s Finca La Toronja in Loja, Ecuador.
A unique double fermentation process packs this field blend with floral aromatics, soft citrus and layered sweetness. This coffee changes quite a bit days off roast- we get notes of strawberry, tangerine, and melon with a wafer or biscuit like finish.
Give this one a try and grab a bag online or at one of the cafes!
What a weekend. 🌼 Big thank you to everyone who came out to the Spring Fling Market and to all the incredible vendors who made it so special. Takoma felt extra alive this past Sunday. This is why we do it. See you at the next one. ☕🌿

NEW BEANS! Back for year two with coffee from the Dukunde Kawa Musasa cooperative. This is MBILIMA - a natural processed Bourbon from Gakenke, Rwanda with notes of grape jam and almond butter 🍇🌰
We were lucky to meet Ernest, the president of the cooperative, at World of Coffee this year. A humble, thoughtful leader who cares deeply about quality and the farmers he works with.
Grateful to keep building this relationship @dukundekawa_rw@oneacrefund@higacoffeeco
Come fling into spring with us! 🌼 We’re hosting a market Sunday, May 3rd from 10–2pm at our Takoma cafe. Local vendors, great coffee, art, vintage; all the good stuff. A Sunday worth waking up for. ☕✨ Come hang.

The London Eye Latte from @lostsockroasters ☕️🌱
This drink was crafted with freshly roasted Costa Rican beans, boasting rich chocolate notes. Inspired by a London Fog Tea Latte, espresso meets sweet Earl Grey syrup in perfect harmony. Combined with velvety milk, it’s the ultimate pick-me-up.
Lost Sock is a local leader in roasting sustainably sourced single-origin coffees in DC…and the taste? Exceptional.
We’re already planning our next visit! Thank you for having us!
Mark your calendars ‼️🗓️ for a new Signature Dish episode featuring Lost Sock on April 13th!
