Feeling some anxiety, or need to relax in a jiffy? Try this 4-7-8 breathing technique and repeat 4 times! Exhale forcefully through the mouth, pursing the lips and making a “whoosh” sound. Apparently some people can fall asleep within a minute of doing this. 😪💤💤💤
