Part 1 done chopping off of the hair thanks to wifey @allaboutchar who’s been waiting for this day lol and to the guy that’s good at everything @cxblackcat and the Mr cool video guy @p.erkules thank you for doing this today and being part of the process so I can donate the hair to a charity that makes wigs for Cancer patients. I found one so far that doesn’t charge you to donate your hair and also takes grey hair. If anyone on my feeds knows of a place that they or someone that they know has dealt with in the past please let me know. Want to make sure the hair goes to the right place so someone in need can really use the hair. Part 2 now is to raise funds to donate to a domestic violence shelter I’ve got a place that @cossmarte highly recommends so we are going to be donating the money to them. Another year passes one filled with love, loss, and a lot of gratitude. At a ripe old year of 58 where does the time go… From saying goodbye to my 17 year old buddy Olive, to welcoming a new one, Luna, alongside my eldest, Lola who together complete the little family that wifey @allaboutchar and I have built. Feeling lucky for the incredible people I’ve met over the years, and for the new ones who came into my life this past year, just as meaningful as those before. Here’s to another year of getting things done, growing Ride Run Reps even stronger, and continuing to give back. To building Tuesday nights at @conbody thanks to @cossmarte for allowing us into his space where young people can show up, explore, and express themselves. Thank you to everyone who supported me this past year I truly appreciate you all. Especially my wifey Charlotte, who puts up with so much of my craziness, and everyone (not just those in the video) who surprised me with the cake on Tuesday night. Grateful for all of you. Here’s to breaking more boundaries at 58 that I didn’t think possible at 57 from being in water below freezing to my daily 20 pushups which I’ve slacked on the past few days. It’s been the best medicine not just physically but mentally that if you really put your mind to do something it can really happen.

Today I’m pledging to cut off all my hair to fundraise money. I will donate my hair to a cancer charity that can use my hair to make wigs. And I will donate the money I raise to donate to domestic violence charity. On October 19th, myself and @ms.jillyjillz @egotbloxz @conbody @cossmarte @cxblackcat @yungpo23 @myartsol @dennis_de_diaz @racelife are organizing a RIDE, RUN, REPS event that will leave from the Bronx on the bikes to meet with the runners in manhattan and end up at Conbody to end the day with the calisthenics crew,runners and bikers. Every Thursday from @conbody we meet at 7pm and we hit the pavement 7.30pm sharp after stretching. Together with the tribe we are building a Run Club tribe that will integrate with the Lower East Side youth tribes so we build an inclusive Run Tribe not an exclusive one. The aim is to build it for the youth and to have them come link at Conbody then run around their area collecting tribe members along the way. I have some plans that will hopefully become a reality to make this run tribe a little different. Thank you to @cossmarte @conbody @j.cru_fitness @crazyboi_cbreezy_ for leading the run and thank you to the runners/tribe who’ve showed up so far like @egotbloxz @trilllaa_____ @doughboylou @djsauce212 @ash_cash031299 @mr.stayoutheway8 @communalsoleclub @runningfromthelaw_ so far and we are at week 4 and it’s coming together. We have some partner runs in the works with @lemstruelens @communityrunclubny @ifyounotfityounotlit_157 @colinfromhomerun @fitness_intencity89 which will be fun. My goal is to build it out like Tuesdays nights Tribe which is a community I love and look forward to being around week in week out. Just another Tuesday night @conbody with the crew. Thanks to @cossmarte for allowing us into his space to do what we do and create. From a workout, to Breath work and now a little improve added in thanks to Holly. What started out for Bikelife originally it just grew into this tight little community who come together weekly. Conversations are had, positivity reinforced, uplifting instead of putting down, no competition just supporting to reach your goal. So many to thank and that I’m appreciative of for what you bring to the table, words of wisdom, helping unlock challenges and conquer them. The space and the community is a beautiful thing that I get to be part of and makes me smile for the rest of the week. The hangout afterwards with great convos and much laughs to end the night. Last Thursday I started to put a RUNCLUB together that I would love to grow with the same like minded peeps that show up on Tuesdays and grow it into a special night that Tuesday has become. It took almost two years but well worth it to see you all shine. Thanks to @mr.stayoutheway8 for bringing his crew, to @fitness_intencity89 for that unmatchable energy, to @cxblackcat for first coming and bringing more and more of the calisthenics world into the crew. So many to thank for all the energy they bring week in week out. I haven’t missed a night yet in almost two years and feel like it’s only really getting started. Thanks to wifey @allaboutchar for her patience with me and my late homecomings. Thank you all again and here’s to many more nights like this. PULL-UPS FOR PEACE! GUNS DOWN PEACE UP! RIDE RUN REPS + RAFFLE We Raised money and awareness to help stop gun violence in NYC! On Saturday the Homerun community raised $1750 from the sneaker raffle towards Linking our Hearts’ community outreach. Sunday we rode out to Brownsville and brought the tempo and Homerun bars to Betsy Head. Two days of movement and community. Thank you Chanise and Chris for trusting us to help. 🗽 Thank you to everyone who came out and showed support. This truly meant a lot to the families and to me personally. We made noise, we took a stand, and we showed what unity looks like. This is bigger than all of us—it's about our communities, our youth, and the future we’re shaping together. Community against Gun Violence 4.12.26 Brooklyn NY • Two recent shootings in Brooklyn left 9 year old Sebastian on crutches and in a separate incident Baby Kaori of 7 months was fatally struck. Year after year, month on month we continue to witness gun violence that takes lives and destroys communities, families. If it wasn’t for community leaders like @pointshootthink @dennis_deroc_diaz @nini_s0dope with support from local advocates @homerunnyc @superherozer0 @wepa_city_family @_xthefamilyx_ I sense that the victims names would all to easily be forgotten and the mindless violence would go unchallenged. Support these people however you can for it is community like this that keep us safe. So when I said I stand I ment that🤌🏾‼️🤲🏾 this event is to celebrate my babies bravery but also to celebrate CHANGE 🤌🏾 and I promise you, the change is here‼️‼️‼️All of our babies should have a fair chance at this thing we call life . Pouring my energy into them because they’re our future is my pleasure . These babies need to be loved on, before we have to morn them or visit them behind bars.
