At the age of 14, I started selling cocaine in LES Manhattan. By the time I was 18 I was making 3 million a year via a revolutionary, tri-state drug delivery service. Today I hire formerly incarcerated individuals to teach prison- style bootcamp classes at CONBODY in efforts to bridge the gap between young professionals and ex-cons and more importantly to give them a second change in life.
@cossmarte first developed the idea for his fitness company while he was in solitary confinement. Now, @conbody has become a movement for people looking for purpose after incarceration.

Happy 4/20! We celebrated on Saturday with our amazing community. We shutdown orchard street and brought everyone together to celebrate with @conbudny and @conbody . We are open all day today! Come by and shop with us.
