This week will be the last cook on my current Smoker @kansascitysmoked built for me about two years ago. I’m upgrading to a custom built 1000 Gallon Smoker next week. I’ll be venturing out on a 11 hour drive into Texas to go pick it up. Looking forward to improving my product and gaining 3 times the cooking space.
