On Saturday May 23, 2026 Torontodnbcypher, Rather Rude, and Cre8DnB join forces to bring you a special event celebrating the 40th birthday of Toronto lyrical legend MC ZEE!
Over the next few weeks, we’ll be providing you with some background info about our seven headlining acts and supplying you with some sick content featuring them.
Today, we present one of Canada’s fastest-rising acts from Ottawa, PMPD!

PMPD is a drum and bass collective based in Ottawa, made up of Podsy, Devostuff, and Mystic. Formed in 2024 to push more dnb in the city and build a stronger local community, the trio has quickly built a name through high-energy sets and consistent bookings.
Their sound moves across jump-up, rollers, neuro, and dancefloor, with the occasional sprinkle of dubstep. They’ve played direct support for Usaybflow/Yookie, appeared at Midnight Forever Festival, and continue to bring a full-spectrum dnb experience to every lineup.
All three members are actively producing, with Mystic recently releasing “Flatline” alongside Toronto DNB Cypher and Fly Bry.
